Trains delayed for 15 minutes at least as BART emergency workers attended to a passenger. It’s unclear what happened, but the well-dressed man, a work satchel with him, appears to have had a medical incident while he was sitting in one of the cars. The train is just moving.
I grew up in the Mission, went to School of the Arts high school for creative writing. Bounced around colleges from SFState, to CCSF, to CCA where I graduated with a degree in photography.
