A man robbed a woman at gunpoint near 19th and Church streets, police said. According to police, the suspect tried to take the woman’s phone but there was a struggle. The woman released her phone after the man pulled out a handgun and pointed it at her. The suspect fled on foot.
The incident occurred at 10:11 p.m. No arrests have been made.


really though dude. let’s give this a try. “white or hispanic male, between 20 and 50”. congrats, you’ve just described roughly 40% of the neighborhood. unless the dude has a crazy face tattoo or something like that, there’s no way this is going to help you be on the lookout.
I’m always “on the lookout”–for guns. If I see a piece perniciously, peeking, purposefully, I assume I could be the next victim. Consequently, I’m constantly running, zigzagging down the sidewalk and thus have never been bombarded by ballistic, boundless bullets.
