Friday

At 11:30 p.m.  A male suspect approached a man on 17th and Mission Streets asking for a dollar, police said. When the man reached into his pocket the suspect choked him and stole his cell phone and wallet.

No arrests were made.

Saturday

At 1:30 p.m. police reported that a woman was walking near 16th and Mission Streets when a man approached her asking for money.  When the woman declined to give him money the suspect pushed her against a wall causing her to injure her head and fall on the ground. The man stole her purse and fled the area.

No arrests were made.

Two males robbed a jewelry store near 21st and Mission Streets at about 10:30 p.m., police said. The men entered the store with a handgun and proceeded to steal jewelry and a victim’s cell phone and purse.  The suspects fled in a silver Toyota.

No arrests were made.

Sunday

At about 5:45 a.m a man walking at the corner of 19th and Harrison Streets was attacked by two men, police said. During the struggle the victim suffered a cut on his hand from a knife one of the suspects had.

No arrests were made.

At 5:25 p.m. a woman had her cell phone stolen by two young males between the ages of 13 and 15 near Guerrero Street and Rosa Parks Lane.

No arrests were made.
