With a few easy steps, you could help convert holiday grease into fuel to power city vehicles. Since the SF Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) launched SFGreasecycle in 2007, they’ve collected more than one million gallons of oil.

San Francisco and Treasure Island residents can drop off used cooking oil at nine sites that are open year-round. More details here.
