In honor of the United Nations’ International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women and Girls, Dance Mission Theatre will host Guardianas de la Vida (Guardians of Life), a healing arts, music, dance and poetry festival tonight at 7 p.m.
The lively event will encourage people to take a moment to question why there is so much violence against women and girls in the year 2012.
