The suspects cornered the women and stole a purse, cell phone, cash and ID cards before fleeing the scene.

No injuries were reported and no arrest has been made, according to police.

A 59-year-old woman was asleep at 3 a.m. in her home on Fair Oaks between 25th and 26th streets when she awoke to a man entering her bedroom. She screamed, prompting the suspect, of unknown age, to flee through the front door. The victim tried to stop him and was able to recover her purse before the suspect fled in an unknown direction.
