Officers on the scene at 17th Street and Potrero Avenue said a four-car accident occurred at around 4 p.m. on Tuesday.
Although police wouldn’t disclose any details about the accident, they told Mission Local that there were several injuries, but no fatalities.
Potrero Avenue between 16 and 17th streets was closed to traffic as of 4:50 p.m.
