A man who lives on Church near 14th Street woke up to noises in his house at around 8 a.m. on Thursday and found himself confronted by robbers, according to police.

The victim, a 44-year-old man, told police that one suspect put an unknown object to his head and told him to get up and go sit on the couch. The suspect then put a sheet over the victim’s head and went to wake up another resident of the apartment, a 24-year-old man.

The suspect, described as a man in his early 30s, pulled the other resident out of bed. This victim was also told to sit on the couch and place the sheet over his head while the two suspects snatched two cellphones, a video game console, some cash and other items.

The suspects then fled the scene. No arrests have been made.
