About 25 vendors set up shop a few weekends ago for the Indie Mart Street Fair, which happens every three months at the intersection of 17th and Wisconsin streets. Typically, 85 vendors participate, but the rain this time kept many away.
The event brings together artisans selling their crafts, local musicians and vendors of organic food and drinks.

Some indie vendors will be at an 826 fundraiser on Thursday, December 2, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Hotel Rex at 562 Sutter Street.
