Pig & Pie co-owner Miles Pickering just let us know that after months of planning, renovations and recipe-testing, they’ve passed the last inspection. Pig & Pie will open tomorrow at 11 a.m. and yes, the Discolandia sign is still there.

Bratwurst: Ginger and nutmeg pork sausage Sauerkraut, caramelized onions and spicy beer mustard
Hot Italian: Fennel seed, herbs and calabrian chili pork sausage Braised greens, spicy tomato sauce and pickled red onions
