Kevin Cheeseman, the bicyclist struck in a hit-and-run last weekend, is seeking witnesses. Cheeseman was hit at 21st and Mission streets around midnight on Saturday. He wrote to Mission Loc@l:
“I was also hoping if you would be willing to make a post on your blog asking if there where any witnesses to the accident. I have found one person already but I was hoping there might be more, and see if they are willing to e-mail me kevsquirrel[at]gmail.com.”
An admitted technophile, Jessica Lum navigates the Mission with Google Maps, but has only really come to know the neighborhood by wandering on foot, looking at murals, and occasionally watching the guy on the BART steps play “Stairway to Heaven.”
