As ecstatic fans took over the streets after the Giants’ victory, law enforcement officers have been struggling to maintain order throughout San Francisco.

In the Mission, there have been reports of fires, broken windows and an alleged stabbing.

As of 10:30 p.m., a band of more than 40 officers began organizing to disperse crowds, as the celebrations have turned to violence. Several unidentified members of the crowd reportedly used bottles and other objects to break the windows of a Wells Fargo branch on Mission Street.
