California’s attorney general approved DA Brooke Jenkins‘ decision not to charge the security guard who shot and killed Banko Brown last year. Brown’s family was crushed: the 24-year-old had been killed after allegedly shoplifting $14.64 worth of snacks from a downtown Walgreens.
