Yes, reports Joe Eskenazi, it looks like San Franciscans will have to vote once again on the fate of the Great Highway/Sunset Dunes Park. And yes, we do tend to endure repeated ballot measures about the same stuff, but read why Joe thinks this might be the last gasp.
