Treat Avenue: Fiesta del Espacio Verde de la Avenida Treat

You’re invited to a gathering at Treat Avenue between 15th and Harrison Streets on

Saturday, March 23, 2024, from 10 AM to 2 PM.

The purpose of this event is to visualize a future street closure on this block to create green space. We will have:

Activities for kids and adults
Live Irish and Latin-American music.
A celebration of our diverse cultures and customs.
Drinks and snacks
We’d welcome your input on a future green space. Our landscape architects (Terrain Studio) will prepare a plan and rendering to reflect your ideas and present them at a future event on May 18 at the same location.

This event, spearheaded by Greening Projects in partnership with Latina Mission Moms, was made possible through a grant from Into the Streets. San Francisco Planning, the San Francisco Office of Economic and Workforce Development (SFOEWD), and San Francisco Public Works also support this initiative.
