Red Poppy Art House: Teagan Faran, ft. Paul Sussman and Breakfast Calculus

November 23, 2025 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Two people sit on a couch; one holds a pink violin and a plate of food, the other holds a mug and notebook. Both appear to be reading the notebook with puzzled expressions.

Join us for a live performance of Teagan Faran’s new album “Middle Child,” a record exploring homesickness and belonging, with guest appearances by local legend storyteller Paul Sussman and the wind/string duo Breakfast Calculus (ft. Leo Sussman, flutes). Hailed as “deeply personal and expansively collaborative” (Pitch Perfect), this album celebrates hybrid identity through music by Brahms, Laurie Anderson, Jens Ibsen, and others.

Featuring:

Teagan Faran, violin/viola

Leo Sussman, flute/electronics

Paul Sussman, storyteller
