Manny’s: Honduras & The Drug Trade:SF Chronicle Editor in Chief + Reporters Discuss

The open air drug markets in San Francisco drug trade is one of the main issues affecting San Francisco today. Recently in response to this crisis within the city, the San Francisco Chronicle spent 18 months investigating the purported connection between those drug markets and a specific area in Honduras. The response to that reporting has been swift, powerful, and polarizing.

Coming to Manny’s to discuss the reporting their methodology, and what the Chronicle hoped to accomplish with this investigative report will be the editor-in-chief of the chronicle Emilio Garcia-Ruiz something and the two journalists who led this report, Megan Cassidy & Gabrielle Lurie
