Community Music Center: Coro de Cámara Spring Recital

A group of adults sings from sheet music while a conductor directs them in a room with dark curtains and a wall clock.

Coro de Cámara will perform an exciting choral repertoire in Spanish, including works from the Spanish Renaissance and 20th-century Latin American composers, as well as the U.S. premiere of a work by a Mexican composer inspired by the poetry of Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz. The program will also include a piece written by Sor Juana herself.

Directed by Martha Rodríguez-Salazar, with Michaela Overall on piano, Luna Fuentes-Vaccaro on percussion, and Leo Peringer on contrabass.
