Unfortunately, various powers seek to control the region, leaving much of the population hungry and cold, without shelter or medical care. You can help. Celebrate Arab art.

Arab Resource & Organizing Center (AROC)
AROC envisions powerful and liberated Arab communities living with freedom and self-determination from the Bay Area to their homelands. They are abolitionists, feminists, and internationalists who believe that the liberation of SWANA (South West Asian and North African) people is inextricably tied to the liberation of all oppressed people.

Middle East Children’s Alliance (MECA)
MECA works to protect the rights and improve the lives of children in the Middle East through aid, empowerment and education. In the Middle East, MECA provides humanitarian aid, partners with community organizations to run projects for children, and supports income-generation projects. In the US and internationally, MECA raises awareness about the lives of children in the region and encourages meaningful action.
