Write a story and bring it to life with movement. In this workshop, students will write about a vivid memory, an unexpected turn of events, or a person who means a lot to them. In collaboration with the choreographer and dancers of Liss Fain Dance, you will create movement to go with your story and perform it as your words are read aloud. No prior dance experience necessary, just come ready to write and move!

After registering, staff will reach out to offer a spot depending on eligibility and availability in the program. Our workshops are open to everyone, but we give priority to SFUSD students with a socio-economic need and hold spaces for students enrolled in our other programs.
