This class teaches you how to create bold Vietnamese dishes that fit perfectly into busy weeknight schedules—bringing exciting flavors to your table without the all-day commitment. Make a party-worthy shrimp lollipop, fly a crisp mung bean pancake packed with protein, and brew a soul-warming pot of chicken pho. Linda will also include a quick dessert that will wow your friends: fish sauce caramel that adds umami, salt, and sweet to any ice cream (we’re partial to the flavors made by our friends at Bi-Rite Creamery).
