Inviting friends over to dine al fresco in the Summer is one of life’s great pleasures. Planning and executing a successful dinner party is a skill unto itself. Join chef Gracie for an evening of cooking and discussion. We’ll dig deep into the art of hosting and what things you can do to ensure that you get to enjoy your party as much as your guests do. While we chat, we’ll prepare a fresh, simple, Summer feast that will leave you with an arsenal of tricks and techniques that could be applied to any seasonal ingredient. Let’s party!

Summer Spritz: Nectarine and Basil Spritz

Summer Soup: Chilled Corn Soup with Cilantro Cream and Blistered Pepper Relish served with Fresh Focaccia

Summer Centerpiece: Heirloom Tomato, and Zucchini Galette with Feta and Pesto
