18 Reasons: Cabbage Curious

April 6 @ 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm
A cabbage sits on burlap with text detailing a "Cabbage Curious" class on April 6, 6–8:30 PM, instructed by Gracie Schatz.

Cabbage is a humble yet beloved vegetable, one that deserves celebration. Whether you decide to use its leaves to encase other delicious ingredients, ferment it, sear it, grill it, smoke it, roast it, steam it, blanch it or simply gobble it up raw, it never fails to nourish and delight. In this class we will use every kind of cabbage available us to make a hearty and inspiring meal. Students will also go home with a jar of their own sauerkraut to ferment and enjoy!
