Have you ever wondered the difference between marzipan, frangipane, and almond cream? Or started a recipe only to realize you’re out of the nut it calls for and don’t know which to substitute? Join chef Molly on an exploration of all things nuts! We’ll roast, bake, blend, and candy our way through different types of nuts and use them in sweet and savory preparations. We’ll discuss which nuts work best in which role and how to substitute one nut for another in a recipe. We’ll use them as flours, milks, breading, candy, and the star of the show!

A seasonal salad will be served alongside dinner.
