A suspect described as a Hispanic male snatched the purse of a female victim at 7:41 p.m. on 16th and Valencia streets. The victim tried to get her purse back, at which point the suspect cut her on the arm. No arrests have been made.

Saturday 1/16
At about 12:15 a.m. Saturday morning, two suspects pulled up in an SUV alongside a female pedestrian. One suspect got out of the SUV, snatched the victims purse, and jumped back into the vehicle, which drove off. No injuries, no arrest.

A man walked into SFGH at about 2:57 a.m. with a gunshot wound described as “life-threatening.” This story was also reported earlier on Mission Local.

Sunday 1/17
A victim was stabbed at 2:25 a.m. at 21st and Bartlett when he resisted demands to hand over his property to a suspect described as a Hispanic male. The wounds were described as not life-threatening, and no arrest has been made.

A man was robbed in his room at about 3:40 p.m. when the man he had allowed into his room whipped out a knife and made off with some of the victim’s property. No injuries, and no arrests have been made.
