Last month, Cesar Chuc was killed in an act of senseless violence on Valencia Street. The beloved cook at Serpentine restaurant in Dogpatch left behind a wife and four children in Mexico. Chuc’s friends and coworkers will host a silent auction and benefit at Serpentine this Sunday from 6 to 9 p.m.
