The last day of the SF Mime Troupe’s 2012: The Musical in Dolores Park. Music starts at 1:30. Show starts at 2. Bring sunscreen. And a very large hat. And stay hydrated.

There’s also the Big Time Freedom Fest at the El Rio, presented by the excellent local music podcast, The Bay Bridged.

I’ve been trying to think of the most July 4th story to link to, and I settled on this, which really moved me when I first read it. Today is definitely the day to say best wishes to all you democracies out there.
