ODC Theater: Sins Invalid – Stages of Grief: Crip Hearts on Fire

Disabled people never die, we become the soil, air, and trees. We bleed, we resist, we grieve our world as it burns. We knew no one would come to save us, so we save each other every day, one tear at a time, one hand at a time – heart to heart.

Stages of Grief: Crip Hearts on Fire celebrates disabled joy, and shares soul-deep shouts of crip sorrow. Join us at ODC theater in San Francisco, December 13-15th, 2024 for three evenings of queer crip climate crisis grief, joy, and resistance.

This performance is directed by Sins Invalid’s Executive and Artistic Director, Patty Berne, one of the founders of Sins Invalid and the disability justice movement.
