  1. Anyone keeping track of the shootings and stabbings in the Mission? Seems like conditions just keep degrading between the 16th Street stabbing last week and now this shooting. Might explain the total silence from our elected supervisor, who had all the time to tweet and make videos when it was a cat and not a human life.

  2. Not to nitpick, but I always thought of Potrero Ave as the border between the Mission and Potrero, putting this crime (just) outside the Mission?

    1. No, only for the good things in life …. sometimes it’s also nicknamed the design district or something silly like that.

Similar things happen with the Tenderloin. Good things are often “assigned” to Civic Center, Mid-Market and Lower Nob Hill. Violent crime on Franklin is rarely something that happens on “Cathedral Hill.”
