It’s almost the holiday season in San Francisco, and there are markets across the city for you to do some shopping, eating, and more.

We’ll be keeping track of all the markets in the city, and updating this list as the weeks go by.

East Cut Makers Bazaar, Nov. 20 to end of December

The Crossing at East Cut, the former Temporary Transbay Transit Terminal and now urban community space, will host a pop-up for local small businesses to sell their goods for two-week periods through the end of December. This program, funded by the San Francisco Office of Economic and Workforce Development and Amazon, is intended to give local artisans without a commercial space the opportunity to sell to holiday shoppers. The bazaar will be open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

  1. I discovered the wonderfullness of the Valencia St. corridor just this year. Intended
to print-to-keep your comments on the Street’s difficulties re retaining retail
locations over time. Can you help? Is there access to a subject archive? Thanks.

  2. I’ve been buying my Xmas decorations on the cheap in thrift stores. But don’t tell anyone because they’ll get to the goodies before I even see them.
