United States Postal Service employee Paulo Turbanada can sometimes be found taking breaks around his route in the Mission. On another occasion in 2018, he was photographed delivering the mail with a breathing mask during the great fire season when the city was under the smokey haze from the Camp Fire in November. Nowadays he’s found without the mask.
