A van going west on 16th Street at Albion hit a young woman on a bicycle this morning sometime around 8:45 a.m. The woman was loaded onto a stretcher and taken to the hospital.
A woman who only witnessed the aftermath said that it appeared that the victim was not badly hurt, but this could not be confirmed.
