At 5 p.m. Friday in the parking lot of the House Of Breaks on the corner of 24th and South Van Ness Dr. Loco was rocking the house. Yep Dr Loco and his rockin Jalapeño Band was playing jazz and rap. By the way Dr. Loco is Jose B. Cuellar PhD.
