At 9:02 p.m. on Thursday, a 31-year-old man was walking near 17th and Capp when he was approached by two men in their 20s who demanded money. The victim refused and the two suspects grabbed a gold chain with an attached San Francisco Giants medal from the victim’s neck and fled on foot. The victim suffered scratches to his neck, and no arrests have been made.

At 4:35 a.m. on Friday, a 46-year-old man was riding his bike toward 16th and Folsom when a man threw a bike at him. The victim got off his bike and a second man took the victim’s bicycle and fled with the first attacker. The two suspects were stopped by police at Julian and 14th and arrested.

And at 5 a.m. on Friday, a 23-year-old man was walking near 19th and Dolores when a man in his 30s got out of a gray van and demanded the victim hand over his belongings. The suspect pulled out a knife and the victim handed over his cell phone, credit cards, ID, and a medical card. The robber took the property and fled, and no arrests have been made.
