A neighbor watched it all.
The observer saw the suspect kick in the garage door on Folsom near 24th Street at 8 a.m. on Monday, cut a lock off a bike and then flee on the bike, according to police.
The victim was a 66-year-old man.
No bike has been recovered, no arrests have been made.
