Project Juice is a husband-and-wife team operation that came from New York City to San Francisco.

After unsuccessful attempts in finding green juice and grab-and-go gluten-free, vegan foods in San Francisco, the couple started a raw juice pop-up.

For their location soon to open in the Mission, they plan to go all-out with atmosphere and products not found in their other locations.

I came to San Francisco in 2001, and soon found myself in the professional world of sales and marketing technology for the hospitality, meeting and events industries. I spent over a decade helping small boutiques to international hotel companies increase revenue through efficiency in sales and revenue management processes. Not exactly what I thought I would do with my experience as a teacher at the Central North Carolina School for the Deaf, but an exciting path, and one that kept me in the City. I am so happy to be now be a part of Mission Local, seeing our amazing reporters at work, and meeting the independent business owners right outside my doorstep. I’m excited for all the great things we’re going to do together.
