Arquetopia is a nonprofit organization founded in 2009 and run by artists committed to the teaching of the arts.

For the artist residency programs, Arquetopia will be hosting applicants in a “1939 Colonial Mexican Californian-style castle in the central historic district of Puebla.” If this almost utopian hybrid-style campus description doesn’t fit your artistic needs, you will be glad to hear that they also hold residencies in the historical district of Oaxaca.

The nonprofit’s several artist-in-residency programs include natural pigment’s instruction, ceramics, textiles and more.

The deadline is fast approaching for the programs offered in 2015. Take a look at the programs and apply:
