Friday

At 11:30 p.m. on Friday, a man in his 20s approached a 47-year-old on 16th and Mission streets. The younger man pulled out a silver revolver and demanded the victim hand over his property. The victim complied, offering his messenger bag and books. The suspect fled on foot southbound on Mission Street. No arrests have been made.

Later that evening, a little before midnight, about four men in their 20s were hanging out outside a café on South Van Ness and 23rd Street. When a 26-year-old man crossed the street towards them, one of the four men approached him and held a knife to his face. Another one of the group approached him and held a knife to the victim’s stomach. As they held him, one of the suspects went through the man’s pockets and took his wallet, cell phone and money. No arrests have been made. The victim did not suffer any injuries.

Saturday

On Saturday at 3:55 p.m., two men approached a 25-year-old woman on 16th and Florida streets. One of the suspects grabbed the woman’s belongings—a purse, cards and keys. The victim took hold of her belongings before one of the suspects pulled out a black semi-automatic handgun. The victim complied and the suspects fled on foot northbound on Florida Street. The victim suffered bruising to an arm, but refused to get medical treatment. No arrests have been made.

That night, a 43-year-old man arrived to his home on Collingwood Street and forgot to lock the door to his garage before going to bed. When the man woke up a little after 9 a.m., he noticed a bicycle was missing and the garage had been rummaged through. No arrests have been made.

Sunday

At 2:30 a.m., a man in his 30s approached a 60-year-old man on 21st and Shotwell streets and hit him in the head with a sharp object.
