Yes, it was obvious from the start that this was a blatant end-run around Ellis I expect the courts will bounce it.
If you want to change Ellis, you have to do it in Sacramento.
The cited article says that the 1985 JAL 747 crash was the deadliest ever. It killed 520 souls.
This is not true – the honor belongs to the 1977 Tererife collision between a PanAm and a KLM 747, killing 583 souls.
The JAL crash is the largest single aircraft disaster and that distinction should have been known and made by someone claiming to be an expert on aviation and air safety.
