  1. I don’t really buy the “exclusionary zoning” line. It’s a little too precious and self-serving. But the Vox’s article calling for up-zoning the city resonates with many.

    Quite simply NIMBYism and affordable housing are contradictory forces, and sadly for many, the NIMBYs are winning.
