It’s 7 a.m. and 57° now and expected to rise to 67°. Details for the next 10 days are here.

Apparently in the Calle 24 legislation, Precita Park got designated as part the new Latino district of the Mission. The longtime neighborhood boundary watchers of Bernalwood, are not pleased. I thought this post was tongue-in-cheek when I first saw it, but they make some good points about culture, history and neighborhood participation.

Here for you today from us is a video of 24th Street businesses talking about business.

The food blogs are all excited about the opening of Chino, the new pan-Asian venture from the team behind Tacolicious. It’s opening up in the former space occupied by Andalu and looks cute enough.

Speaking of cute things: SFGate has got photos of a 3D model of what San Francisco’s skyline will look like in 2017. Pretty neat. The future!

Enjoy the day. Try to be a rainbow in somebody else’s cloud today.
