In the Mission, there’s a new (chill) shop for California beer, wine, and spirits including rum, vodka and mead at Local Cellar — from the folks behind the recently opened Local Mission Market, Local’s Corner, and Local Mission Eatery, which just celebrated a fourth anniversary.   1. Wow. What a joke!!
    The same divisive owner that has created quite a following of enemies. He has harassment complaints from both his restaurants.

    Empire is not quite correct. It’s Evil Empire.
