One person was injured in a fire on 24th street, near Mission street, that started early Monday morning, a spokesperson with the San Francisco Fire Department said.

Firefighters responded to reports of a fire at Angela’s Boutique at 3270 24th Street at 12:46 a.m. Monday. Jenn Balestrieri of the San Francisco Fire Department said the fire was under control by 1:12 a.m.

One person was injured and taken to San Francisco General Hospital, Balestrieri said. It’s unclear what condition the person was in.

Balestrieri said the fire department is investigating the cause of the fire.

  1. Hm, any update on this? It’s strange that someone was injured in this blaze if it took place after midnight at a business that closes its doors around 7pm.

    1. unless that business is simply the first floor of a 3 story residential over commercial building. then it’d make perfect sense since he was sleeping above the fire…
