The City Planning Commission approved a $10 million plan to renovate Mission Theater. The proposed plan, which includes 14,750 square feet of retail space on the bottom floor and 114 market-rate housing units, was approved with a 5-to-1 vote.

The Chronicle reports that City College could loose accreditation if they do not resolve their labor and budget issues. The final deadline to solve financial problems is March 15.
