Now that Chris Jackson has turned in his missing paperwork, he will be sworn in to another term on City College’s board of trustees Monday, the SF Examiner reports.

Jackson was in danger of losing his seat when The City’s Ethics Commission announced last month that he had not filed the necessary campaign finance reports. He successfully secured the fourth open seat on the board by just more than 500 votes, but had failed to file the finance reports due July 31, Oct. 5 and Oct. 25.
