San Francisco resident Dylan Lemalie, 20, surrendered to authorities Tuesday and was arrested in connection with the Sept. 16 fatal shooting of Jesus Solis on Treat Avenue and 25th Street.
Police arrested the first suspect in the murder, San Francisco resident Adrian Landers, 18, last week. Homicide investigators searching for Lemalie spoke to family members, who convinced Lemalie to surrender.
Solis was shot near Garfield Square after an altercation at 4 p.m. on Sept. 16.
The investigation is ongoing, police said.
