Stephen Herman, a former City College of San Francisco official who pleaded guilty last year to two charges of spending college funds on political donations, is now fundraising for a veteran trustee’s re-election campaign. Herman says he wants to help because “there’s tremendous crisis going on” at the 90,000-student college that faces loss of its accreditation. The Bay Citizen has the story.
