Wilfredo “Flaco” Reyes, 31, made his first court appearance today since he was arrested earlier this month in connection with the 2008 murders of Anthony, Michael and Matthew Bologna.

His arraignment was postponed until July 24 and he’ll be charged with several counts, including first degree murder and participating in a street gang, said the District Attorney’s office.

Reyes fled the state to avoid arrest, according to police. San Francisco homicide investigators, U.S. Department of Homeland Security investigators and members of the Rowan County Sheriff’s Department arrested him on July 9 in Rowan County, North Carolina.

Edwin Ramos, another suspect who was arrested after the shooting, was convicted of the murders in May and was sentenced to three consecutive life sentences without possibility of parole.
