Sous Beurre Kitchen is popping up tonight in front of Dear Mom at 16th and Harrison streets from 5 to 11 p.m. The pop-up dinner will be served every Monday throughout the month of June.

Sous Beurre is the creation of Chef Michael Mauschbaugh and offers a weekly changing menu of French food, allowing Mauschbaugh to preview potential dishes to the community. Although Mauschbaugh’s food is gourmet level, dishes range from $5 to $12 and include a Cowgirl Creamery Mt. Tam cheese plate and chicken liver pâté mousse on crostini.

If you can’t make the Monday night pop-up, the kitchen has a regular location inside Sugarlump Café Tuesday through Saturday.

Correction: An earlier version of this article incorrectly identified the location of Dear Mom.
