Just before 1 this morning, a 23-year-old woman was walking on Mission Street between 16th and 17th when another woman ran up and pushed her. The suspect, described as between 25 and 30 years of age, snatched the victim’s cellphone from her hands and fled.
The victim sustained no injuries, and no arrest has been made.
Like taking candy from a baby, for these perps.
